Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Aarogentix hospital management SaaS platform. By creating a tenant, you agree to them on behalf of your organization.

1. Service

Aarogentix is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that lets your organization run its clinical and administrative operations. We provide the software; you provide the staffing, clinical judgment, and compliance accountability.

2. Your responsibilities

• You are the data controller / fiduciary for all data you put into your tenant.
• You will provision and revoke staff accounts promptly, enforce strong passwords, enable MFA for clinicians and administrators, and review the audit log per your local SOP.
• You will keep your subscription current. If payment lapses, your tenant moves to read-only after a grace period; we never delete clinical data without 90 days' notice.

3. Our responsibilities

• We will keep the platform up per the SLA in your plan, encrypt data at rest and in transit, run nightly backups, and notify you of any security incident affecting your tenant within 72 hours.
• We will provide reasonable support per the response times in your plan.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the platform for unlawful purposes, attempt to subvert tenant isolation, or reverse-engineer it. We may suspend tenants that pose an active security risk to other tenants.

5. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided “as is” with the warranties stated above. Clinical decisions are made by your staff using their judgment; Aarogentix is not a substitute for clinical reasoning and is not liable for clinical outcomes.

6. Termination

Either party can terminate with 30 days' written notice. On termination you can export your data within 90 days; after that, data is deleted subject to retention regulations.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the registered office of Aarogentix.
