About us

Software that works the way small hospitals do

Most hospital software is built for large chains and then cut down. We build Aarogentix for 5 to 50 bed hospitals and nursing homes, where one person often runs the front desk, the billing counter and the phone.

Why we exist

In a small hospital, a missing file, a test that never reached the bill, or a register filled in the night before an inspection costs real money and real time. The staff are capable; the tools are the problem.

Aarogentix puts OPD, admissions, billing, pharmacy, lab and the NABH registers on one connected system. Each desk sees what the last one did, so the patient moves through the hospital without paperwork following them.

What we believe hospital software should do

Show more, click less

A busy front desk should see the whole queue, the bill and the patient’s history without scrolling or opening five tabs.

Connected by default

What the doctor writes should reach the pharmacy, the lab and the bill on its own. Nobody should type the same thing twice.

Safe with patient data

Encryption, role-based access and a tamper-proof activity log are part of the product, not an upgrade.

Fast on ordinary hardware

Screens should open quickly on the computers and connections hospitals already have.
